Real Estate Referrals (buyer/seller): Typically 20-25% of a referred agents buyer/seller commission. As a referring realtor, I have an active real estate license but have chosen to only refer buyer/seller clients to the best real estate agents in the industry. I only connect with people in the industry that I know, trust, and have chosen to collaborate with on behalf of any possible buyer/seller that I have the privilege of connecting with to help.
