Personal shopping/stylist: (free initial consultation) $75/hour or 40% markup depending on type and/or length of project (initial consultation is free, thereafter $25/phone call consultation, $15/email consideration or $5/text consultation)
Real Estate (buyer/seller): Typically 6% commission (split between realtors representing buyer/seller). Free consultation (must sign buyer/seller rep agreement). No upfront costs for consultations, coordination of showings, staging, comps report, marketing, phone calls, texts or emails (realtor services are all part of commission paid at closing).
Seller Realtor Services: Listing, marketing, staging, showing, closing, market analysis, comps, weekly reporting. Available 24/7 for questions, answers and support throughout the process.
Buyer Realtor Services: Coordinating showings, representation with other realtor/sellers, comps report/analysis, coordination with pre-approval/financing, coordination of inspections, coordination of closing and move in/interior design consultation. Also willing to provide a good network/referral of property care and maintenance contacts (handy man, plumber, electrician, lawn/landscaping, privacy fence, etc).
